1 ts Sugar
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Celery seed -- crushed
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Tarragon vinegar
3/4 c Olive oil
Stir all of the ingredients together except the oil.
Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly. Or, you
can shake all the ingredients in a bottle until well
blended. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
