1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 ds Salt
1 ds White pepper
2 Scallions; minced; green
-part only
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Extra-virgin olive oil
In a bowl, whisk the mayonnaise and buttermilk until blended. Add all
of the other ingredients and whisk until incorporated. Refrigerate.
For best flavor, let it stay in the refrigerator for a day before
using.
