1/2 c horseradish
1 c mayonnaise
1 t dry mustard
1 t sugar
1 t white wine vinegar
1/4 t kosher salt
1/4 t white pepper
1/2 c sour cream
combine horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, and white
pepper in a food processor
process to a smooth puree
fold in sour cream
serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
