2 c Habaneros or
-Scotch Bonnets; stemmed
1/2 c White vinegar
2 ts Thyme
1 c Onion; minced
1 tb Fresh ginger; chopped
1 ts Salt
1 tb Ground black pepper
Blend all, and keep in the fridge, it's raw and fiery, depending
on the sweetness of the habs or bonnets used.
