MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Rukmini Vegan Mayonnaise
Categories: Condiments, Indian, Vegetarian
     Yield: 1 Cup

     3 tb Raw cashews
   1/2 c  Water
   1/2 tb Natural vinegar
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 tb Lemon juice
     1 tb Honey
     1 ts Yellow mustard powder
   1/2 ts Black pepper powder
   1/4 c  Oil; up to 1/2 c

 Place cashews and water in blender and grind for 1 minute. Add salt,
 lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard, and pepper, and blend well.
 Without turning off the blender, add a drop of oil at a time until
 the mixture thickens. Bottle and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1
 month. This dressing tastes just like mayonnaise.
