1 c Drippings
2 tb Flour
1/8 ts Poultry seasoning
1/4 c Water
Pour drippings into a measuring cup. Add enough water to make 1 cup
liquid. Combine flour, poultry seasoning and 1/4 cup water, add this
to the cup of liquid drippings. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
until gravy thickens.
