     Title: Ketchup sauce

     1 c  Tomato sauce
     6 oz Tomato paste
 1 1/2 tb Cider vinegar
     2 ts Tamari soy sauce; low-sodium
   1/4 ts Onion powder
   1/8 ts Ground oregano

 Recipe by: McDougall Plan Preparation Time: 0:05 Mix all ingredients in a
 jar. Store covered in the refrigerator. Will keep for several weeks.
