    1/4  cup           Chopped Lemon Grass Or:
  1      tablespoon    Dried Lemon Grass
  5                    Thin Slices Fresh Galangal -- Or 1 ts Dried Galang
  1      teaspoon      Cumin
  1      teaspoon      Shrimp Paste

Green curry paste is used to make the hottest of all Thai curries.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
