                          Mango Peach Chutney

  3      lb            Peaches -- chopped
  2      lg            Mangos -- chopped
  1      lg            Green pepper -- chopped
  2      lg            Onions -- chopped
  2      lg            Jalapeno peppers -- seeded,
                       - chopped
  4      cl            Garlic -- chopped
    1/2  c             Fresh ginger root -- peeled,
                       - chopped
  1      ts            Red pepper flakes
  3 1/2  c             Brown sugar
  2 1/2  c             Cider vinegar
    1/2  c             Raisins

Mix all ingredients together in a large kettle (one that does not
react with vinegar), bring to a boil and boil very slowly about
3 hours, stirring frequently and watching closely to prevent
burning.

Put boiling hot into freshly sterilized hot jars, sealing with
paraffin if they are not canning jars.
