                        Domestic Boursin Cheese

  3       Oz           Cream cheese
  4       Tb           Butter
    1/4   Ts           Garlic powder
  2       Tb           Freshly grated Parmesan
                       -cheese
  1       Tb           Dry white wine
  1       Tb           Minced parsley
  1       Pn           Of thyme
  1       Pn           Of marjoram

 Cream all ingredients thoroughly or use food processor with steel blade.
 Chill for at least four hours.  Serve with crackers.
