MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cowboy Butter
Categories: Condiments, Herbs, Chilies, Citrus
     Yield: 3/4 cup

   1/2 c  Butter; softened
   1/2    Shallot; minced
     1 tb Lemon juice
     1 tb Dijon mustard
     1 tb Fresh parsley; minced
     1 tb Prepared horseradish
     2 ts Chives; minced
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Fresh thyme; minced
   1/4 ts Kosher salt
   1/4 ts Coarse ground pepper
   1/8 ts Paprika
   1/8 ts Cayenne pepper

 In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended. Transfer to a
 sheet of plastic wrap; roll into a log. Refrigerate until chilled.
 Unwrap and slice or place on a butter dish.

 Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week or in
 the freezer up to 3 months.
