                          Caribbean Tea Splash

 4       c             Water
 4                     Lipton cup size tea bags
 1       c             Pineapple juice -- chilled
 1       c             Cream of coconut
 1       c             Ice cubes

In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Remove from heat and add tea bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove
tea bags and chill.

In blender, in two batches, process chilled tea, pineapple juice,
cream of coconut, and ice cubes until smooth. Serve immediately.

Yield: 48 oz
