     1 c  Fresh Strawberries *
   3/4 c  Skim Milk
   1/2 c  Low Fat Yogurt
     1 tb Light Brown Sugar
   1/2 ts Vanilla Extract

 * Strawberries should be rinsed and hulled.  Frozen strawberries can be
 used and should be thawed and drained.
