     Title: Plantain Leaf Green Juice
Categories: Beverages
     Yield: 1 Serving

     2 c  Fresh plantain; (Plantago
          -spp.) leaf
     3 c  Water

 Place plantain leaf and water in a blender and blend on high for 1-2
 minutes. Strain out the juice and compost the fibrous plant material.
