     Title: Weight Watchers Milkshake

     Yield: 1 Drink

     1 c  Skim milk
 1 3/4 oz Frozen raspberries *
     2 tb Low fat ice cream
     2 ts Sweetener

 * unsweetened. Any other fruit or berry could be used if frozen and
   not in so large pieces.

 Put all ingredients in a mixer, you may put away some raspberries
 for garnishing. Mix until smooth, pour in a large glass and enjoy!
