1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 very ripe banana
1/2 cup whole strawberries
3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
few drops vanilla extract
In blender, mix together ice cubes, skim milk, banana, strawberries, nonfat
dry milk and extract. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed and mixture
is slushy and serve immediately.
