MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Nonalcoholic Dirty Lemon Tonic
Categories: Five, Citrus, Beverages
     Yield: 1 Drink

     2 ts Preserved lemon;
          - finely chopped,
          - store-bought or homemade
     5 sl Fresh lemon wheels;
          - very thin
     1 ts Granulated sugar
          Ice
     4 oz Dry tonic water; chilled

MMMMM-------------------------GARNISHES------------------------------
     1 sl Preserved lemon rind
          Green olives
   1/2    Lemon wheel

 In the bottom of a sturdy rocks glass, add the preserved lemon,
 lemon wheels, and sugar. Muddle until the sugar dissolves and the
 lemon wheels release their juices. Add the ice to the glass and top
 with tonic water.

 Thread a skewer with a slice of preserved lemon rind, a few olives,
 and a lemon half wheel; garnish.
