MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix
Categories: Five, Beverages
     Yield: 5 Cups

     2 c  Dry milk powder
     2 c  Confectioners" sugar
     1 c  Baking cocoa
   1/8 ts Salt

 Sift milk powder, confectioners' sugar, and cocoa through a fine
 mesh sieve into an airtight container; stir in salt. Seal; store in
 a cool, dry place.

 To prepare, dissolve 5 tb mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir well.
