5 ts Cocoa
2 1/2 ts Horlicks
500 g Ice-cream
1/2 pt Milk
2 Chocolate syrup; squirts of
Put the cocoa and Horlicks into a cup. Add a drip of water and mix
to a paste.
Take a kitchen blender and empty the ice cream and milk into it.
Blend and then add the cocoa paste and the chocolate syrup. Blend
again until full integration is complete.
