3 c Water
3 Env Unflavored gelatin
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Milk
4 ts Almond extract
15 oz Can fruit cocktail;
-including liquid
20 oz Can lychees; including
-liquid
11 oz Can mandarin oranges;
-including liquid
16 Maraschino cherries; cut
-into halves
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add gelatin and sugar; cook
until dissolved. Remove from heat, add milk and almond.
Pour into a 13x9x2" pan and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Cut gelatin into cubes. Combine with fruits and their liquid.
