3 small apples -- (any variety)
3 large carrots
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons soy protein powder
2 tablespoons liquid chlorophyll
Put the apples and carrots through a juicer. Add the lemon juice (hand
squeeze). Pour all the ingredients into a shaking bottle and shake
vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy the delicious, creamy "toxic
waste" drink (so called due to the green color)
