    1/3  can           frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2  cup           milk -- cold
    1/2  cup           water -- cold
  2      tablespoons   sugar
    1/4  teaspoon      vanilla extract
    1/4  teaspoon      almond extract
  6                    ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
