1 1/2 c Nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 c Sugar
Measure water into 2-cups glass measure. Stir in milk
powder until smooth. Microwave almost 1 minute on high
or until milk is steaming Stir in sugar until
dissolved. Cool. Yield: 14 oz. milk.
