   1/2 c  Vanilla ice cream
     1 pk Vanilla instant breakfast
          -drink
   1/2 c  Canned in syrup fruit -OR-
   1/2 c  Fruit cocktail
   1/2 c  Half & half cream

 A fun shake to make with a different fruity taste every time.

 Drain canned fruit.  Mix and blend ingredients until smooth.

 Makes 1 serving, 518 calories, 13 g protein.
