     Title: Lemony Pear Shake

   1/2 c  Pear nectar
   1/2 ct Lemon yogurt
   1/2 c  Lemon sherbet
   1/2 c  Chopped pear
   1/4 c  Egg substitute; no raw
          -eggs

 One of several tasty ideas to make getting enough calories and protein
 easy.  They are a great way to get the nutrition you need even when
 you're not feeling well.

 Combine in blender.

 Approximately 240 calories, 6 g protein per cup.
