     Title: Double Strength Milk

     Yield: 4 servings

     1 qt Whole milk
 1 1/3 c  Powdered skim milk

 One of several tasty ideas to make getting enough calories and protein
 easy.  They are a great way to get the nutrition you need even when
 you're not feeling well.

 Mix together with spoon or whisk.  Serve chilled.  Approximately 270
 calories (16 g protein) per cup.
