                                Lemonade

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  3                    lemons
  3      cups          sugar
  4      cups          boiling water
    1/2  ounce         citric acid
    1/2  ounce         tartaric acid
  1      ounce         epsom salts

Grate the lemons in basin and squeeze. Add sugar, salts and other things and
pour 4 cups boiling water and leave till cold. Strain and then bottle.
