1 tb Spelt berries
1 tb Buckwheat
In a pan, roast grains and beans separately until well browned. Mix
together and add oil. Cool and grind into powder. Prepare beverage to
desired strength, using boiling water.
Note:
Ohsawa, one of the original dietary frauds, died in his early 70s, so
lived about the ordinary lifespan of someone who ate real food.
