1 c Instant coffee crystals
1 1/2 c Dry coffee creamer
1 c Dry hot chocolate mix
1 ts Cinnamon -- rounded
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla powder
Place coffee crystals in a blender; grind to make them fine. Mix all
ingredients together and place in plastic freezer bags. When ready to
use, put 2 to 4 tb in a mug and fill with boiling water (3 tb for an
8 oz mug).
Vanilla Coffee:
Increase vanilla powder to 2 tb.
For Gifts:
Put in a mason jar, cover top with a doily or square of fabric, tie
ribbon around edge and attach recipe.
