    Title: Updated Maiden's Blush
Categories: alcohol, beverages
 Servings: 1

     2    Parts Gin
   3/4    Part Triple sec
   1/2    Part Lemon juice
     1    Splash Grenadine juice

Yet another underappreciated classic from Harry Craddock's 1930
tome, The Savoy Cocktail Book. We prefer the updated version in Gaz
Regan's The Joy of Cocktails, which bumps up the sour element a bit.

The Maiden's Blush is the sister of the Maiden's Prayer, also found
in Craddock's book. Here, grenadine softens the bite of the gin,
where the other uses orange juice and a more balanced ratio.

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass.
