MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Zucchini Chips
Categories: Squash, Cheese, Breads, Herbs
     Yield: 48 servings

   1/2 c  Panko bread crumbs
   1/4 c  Fresh basil leaves;
          - loose packed
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/4 ts Kosher salt
   1/4 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
     2 md Zucchini; in 1/4" rounds
     1 tb Olive oil

 Set oven @ 450 F/232 C.

 Add first 5 ingredients to a food processor; pulse until mixture
 resembles fine crumbs, 10 to 15 seconds. Add mixture to medium
 bowl.

 Toss zucchini in oil; coat zucchini 1 piece at a time in breadcrumb
 mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

 Place zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with
 cooking spray. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 30 minutes,
 flipping halfway through. Serve immediately.
