1/2 pound Sharp cheddar cheese -- grated
1/4 pound Butter
1/2 teaspoon Salt
heavy pinch Cayenne pepper (I used quite a bit)
1 1/2 cups Flour -- sifted
Cream together cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Add flour. Make
into a roll, wrap in waxed paper, freeze or put in the refrigerator.
When needed, slice into thin wafers, put pecan on top. Bake 450 F
for 15 minutes or 475 F for 10 minutes.
