3 c Oats
3 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Honey; (or sugar substitute)
1/4 c Oil; (or butter)

Flax seeds
Raisins or dried berries
Sunflower seeds
Pre-heat oven to 300 F. Stir together dry ingredients in a large
bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together liquid ingredients. Dump
liquid into large bowl over the oat mixture. Use hands to combine
thoroughly. Spread mixture in thin, even layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes. Transfer to a bowl to cool. Once cooled, transfer to
a storage container.
