MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cowboy Caviar
Categories: Dips
     Yield: 1 Batch

    30 oz Black beans (2 cans);
          - drained and rinsed
    17 oz Can whole kernel corn;
          - drained
     2 lg Tomatoes; chopped
     1 lg Avocado; diced
   1/2    Red onion; chopped
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; chopped
     1 tb Red wine vinegar
     3 tb Lime juice; up to 4 tb
     2 tb Olive oil
     1 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Black pepper

 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at
 least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.

 Notes:

 Can be garnished with avocado slices or cilantro sprigs.
