MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Strawberry Pretzel Salad Dip

     Yield: 8 Servings

     8 oz Cream cheese; softened
   1/2 c  Confectioners' sugar
   1/4 ts Salt
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     8 oz Tub frozen whipped topping;
          - thawed
     1 c  Strawberry pie filling;
          - divided
          Pretzels; for dipping

 Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat cream
 cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and salt on
 medium-low speed until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.

 Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until
 evenly incorporated. Gently stir in 3/4 cup strawberry pie filling
 until combined.

 Transfer mixture to a serving bowl; spread into an even layer.
 Dollop remaining 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling on top of cream
 cheese mixture. Using the end of a sharp knife, swirl strawberry
 pie filling to give a marbled appearance.

 Cover and chill until ready to serve or enjoy immediately. Serve
 with pretzels for dipping.
