MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Hummus I
Categories: Spread
     Yield: 2 Cups

    16 oz Can chickpeas, drained,
     2 tb Tahini
     1    Cloves garlic, crushed
          -Salt to taste
     2 tb Olive oil
   1/2 c  Roasted red pepper

MMMMM-----------------------GREEK VERSION----------------------------
          To above add
    10 ea Greek olives
   1/4 c  Feta cheese
   1/2 c  Bean juice
       ds Pepper

 Put all ingredients including reserved water into a blender or food
 processor and blend for 3 to five minutes on low until smooth.
