                             Crab Meat Dip

 24      oz            Cream cheese -- softened
    1/2  c             Mayonnaise
    1/4  c             Dry white wine
  2      tb            Dijon mustard
  1 1/2  ts            Powdered sugar
    1/2  ts            Onion juice
 20      ml            Garlic -- pressed
  1      lb            Flaked crab meat
    1/2  c             Pinenuts -- toasted, chopped,
                       - run through food processor
                       - on pulsator
    1/4  c             Fresh parsley

Thoroughly combine cheese, mayonnaise, wine, mustard, sugar onion
juice, and garlic. Fold in flaked crab and heat. Transfer to warm
chafing dishand sprinkle with pinenuts and parsley. Serve with
crackers. May also be served cold.
