Title: Pumpkin Hummus

Yield: 3 Cups
15 oz Garbanzo beans; rinsed,
- drained
1 c Canned pumpkin
1/3 c Tahini
1/4 c Olive or pumpkin seed oil
3 tb Orange juice
1 tb Toasted sesame oil
1 ts Ground cumin
1 ts Garlic; minced
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Pumpkin seed or olive oil
- (optional)
1/4 c Salted pumpkin seeds or
- pepitas
1/4 c Pomegranate seeds
Baked pita chips & sliced
- apples & pears
In a food processor, combine the first 9 ingredients; cover and
process until smooth. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl.
Garnish with oil if desired; top with pumpkin seeds and pomegranate
seeds. Serve with pita chips, apples, and pears.
