    15 oz Can garbanzo beans,
          -drain & reserve liquid
   1/2 c  Sesame seed (available

1 cl Garlic; cut in half
     3 tb Lemon juice
     1 ts Salt
          Chopped parsley; garnish

Hummus is really simple, & a lot of recipes try to make it really hard.
My
husband is Lebanese, and this recipe comes from his family.

In blender, blend bean liquid, sesame seed & garlic until mixed. Add
beans,
juice & salt; cover & blend on high, scraping sides of blender if
necessary, until smooth. Garnish with parsley.

You can serve this with veggies or as a spread inside pita bread. Also,
can
use for a dip with falafel.
