1 c Finely chopped cooked clams,
-crabmeat, or shrimp
1/4 c Chili sauce
1 tb Horseradish
MMMMM----------------------BACON VARIATION---------------------------
1/3 c Crumbled cooked bacon OR
1/3 c Bacon bits
MMMMM-------------------BLUE CHEESE VARIATION------------------------
1/4 lb Blue cheese
1/4 c Finely chopped walnuts
In a small bowl, blend all ingredients; chill at least 2 hours.
For a creamier dip, add more sour cream.
Variations:
* add 1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped.
* cayenne
* diced green chile peppers
* hot sauce
* red pepper flakes
* tabasco
* coriander or celery seed
* garlic powder
* horseradish
* mustard
* parsley
* sliced black olives
* sliced green onion
* fresh chives
* white pepper
* Worchestershire sauce
