  1      cup             Sour Cream
    1/4  Tsp           Garlic Powder
  1      Tsp           Parsley Flakes
  1      Tsp           Seasoned Salt
  1 1/2  Tsp           Dill Seed

Mix all ingredients and chill. Best made day ahead. Serve with raw
vegetables: celery, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, cauliflower, etc.
