MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Loaded Beer Dip
Categories: Cheese, Dairy, Dips, Pork, Vegetables
     Yield: 4 servings

    16 oz Cream cheese; room temperature
     1 oz Env ranch dressing mix
   1/3 c  Sour cream
   2/3 c  Beer
 1 1/2 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese;
          - reserve 2 tb for topping
     6 sl Bacon; cooked, chopped,
          - reserve 1 tb for topping
     1 bn Green onions; sliced,
          - reserve 2 tb for topping
          Potato chips & pretzels

 In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to mix cream cheese, ranch
 packet, and sour cream. Slowly add in the beer and mix on low until
 creamy. Gently stir in the cheese, bacon, and green onions. Place
 in fridge for about 30 minutes.

 Remove from fridge and transfer to serving dish. Top with cheese,
 bacon and onions. Serve with potato chips and pretzels.
