     Title: Bay Head Cream Cheese Spread

     Yield: 1 servings

     8 oz Cream cheese                        1 x  Chinese duck sauce
     1 x  Garlic and curry powders

 Soften cheese and add flavorings to taste. Mound in a serving dish and
 cover generously with duck sauce. Serve with crackers.
