                              Hot Crab Dip

  7      oz            Canned or fresh crabmeat --
                       - rinsed, drained, and flaked
    1/2  ts            Horseradish
    1/4  ts            Paprika
  8      oz            Low-fat cream cheese
  1      tb            Skim milk
  2      tb            Fresh lemon juice
                       Assorted crackers

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients,
blending thoroughly.

Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes
until mixture bubbles. Serve hot with crackers.

Yield: 6 Servings

7 g Total fat, 4 g Saturated fat, 49 mg Cholesterol, 295 mg Sodium,
