     Title: Kalamata Olive Tapenade

     Yield: 1 Cup

     3 cl Garlic; peeled
     1 c  Kalamata olives; pitted
     2 tb Capers
     3 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
     2 tb Lemon juice
     2 tb Olive oil
          Salt & pepper

 Place the garlic cloves into a blender or food processor; pulse to
 mince. Add the olives, capers, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil.
 Blend until everything is finely chopped. Season to taste with salt
 and pepper.
