      Bread Dough For Chicken Broccoli Pockets (& Chicken Packets

    3/8  cup           Water
    5/8  cup           Milk
  3      cups          Bread
  1 1/2  teaspoons     Salt
  1 1/2  teaspoons     Butter or margarine
  3      tablespoons   Sugar
  1 1/2  teaspoons     Active Dry Yeast

Place ingredients in bread machine. Set machine to dough setting. When
dough is done divide into 8 pieces, flatten with rolling pin into about
a 6 inch circle, place about 1/2 cup thawed mixture on each. Fold dough
over, seal edge with a fork, prick top of each a few times place on
lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until
golden brown. One batch of dough is enough to make 8 Chicken Broccoli
Pockets. Since the Chicken Packet recipe uses only 1/4 cup mixture per
roll instead of 1/2, I freeze enough chicken mixture per bag to make 10
Chicken Packets. I do this by quadrupling the Chicken Packet recipe,
then freezing it in three bags instead of four. I divide the dough into
12 pieces leaving two pieces for my children to make into shapes that
bake along with the Chicken Packets. By the way, my chicken love to help
with the Chicken Packets. I make the packets, one child dips them into
the milk and the other dips them into the crumbs and places them on the
baking sheet. FUN! FUN! FUN!
