14 oz Can artichoke hearts -- drained,
- chopped
4 oz Can green chili peppers --
- rinsed, seeded, chopped
1 c Parmesan cheese -- grated
1 c Mayonnaise
Tortilla chips
Breadsticks
Combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped chili pepperrs, cheese,
and mayonnaise. Turn mixture into an 8" round baking dish. Bake in a
350 F oven about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with
tortilla chips and breadsticks.
