                             Oyster Spread

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  1      can           oysters, canned -- , smoked
  1      teaspoon      lemon juice
    1/2  teaspoon      Worcestershire sauce
  8      ounces        cream cheese -- (1 package)
  1      tablespoon    mayonnaise -- (Hellman's)

Yield:  1-1/2 cup (12 servings of 2 tablespoons each)

Soften cream cheese; blend in smoked oysters, mayonnaise, lemon juice
and
Worchestershire sauce.   Refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavours.

Serve as a spread with crackers of melba toast.
