   2 lb Fresh spinach
1 1/2 ts Seasoned salt
   2 qt Water
   1 ts White pepper
   2 tb Garlic; minced
  14 oz Can artichoke hearts; drained
 1/2 c  Whipping cream
   4 tb Olive oil
   1 c  Swiss; heaping, finely shredded
   1 c  Monterey Jack; heaping,
        - finely shredded
