     Title: Knock Down Draggum Out Shrimp

     Yield: 2 servings

     1 lb Med-lg Tiger Shrimp
   1/2 c  Apricot flavor BBQ sauce
   1/4 c  Kraft hickory bacon BBQ
          Sauce
     1 T  Corn oil
   1/4 c  Water
   1/4 c  Orange juice
   1/2 t  Old bay seasoning
   1/4 t  Garlic powder
     3 T  White wine-Zinfendel

 Rinse shrimp in cool water remove shell, leave tail section.  In
 medium glass bowl, add BBQ sauces, old bay seasoning, orange juice
 water, garlic powder, and Oil. Blend with whisk.

 Add cleaned shrimp tossing to coat, refrigerate 1 hour. Remove from
 fridge, toss again to coat, add wine.  Refrigerate 1/2 hour longer.
 Thread on to shish-kabob skewers and place 2 inches from flame.
 Cook on medium-high heat on gas grill 2 1/2 minutes. Turn and cook
 2 1/2 minutes longer.  When pink they are finished.
